Blog,
1. I want to play a set and make a record of music with Dan Meyler.
2. I want to become proficient enough playing guitar so I can do #1 (which means I need to unlearn things(kidding)).
3. I want to talk to all of the people I havn’t had a chance to talk to in the past couple of years.
4. I want to be skinnier than I was in Highschool. I never thought I was skinny in highschool. But now that I am officially fat, I can understand how some people felt I wasn’t fat in highschool.
5. I want to go back to school. I have a list of a bunch of different schools I want to go to. Some for my degree and some to further my education. I don’t confuse the two anymore.
6. I have some other plans that I don’t write about.
7. I want to get a dog.
8. I want to go to Alaska with my family.
9. I want to write either a book or a script.
10. I want to be debt free.
11. I want to have no less than 6 BBQ’s.
Another Year of Something Else (this time I’m talking about my job)

Blog,
So I just passed my year anniversary of working where I work. I was reminded of this by the fact that my dog died the same week I started. That isn’t something I would normally point out… it was brought up in a phone coversation with the family.
What have I learned/accomplished/gained from working for a year (a year without taking a week off for vacation).
1. I wasted too much money. It probably disapeared during my six months of commuting 500 miles a week. Or maybe I spent too much while I was paying rent on two appartments at once. Or maybe I bought too much stuff. Whatever it is… I have changed the way I save money. Before I would save 0% of my money. Now I save some. (not exactly true, but all I have to show for my money is stuff… though I like my stuff).
2. I don’t want to be doing what I do for the rest of my life. Not that I hate it in anyway. It’s a great job. I don’t dislike being there, the money is good, and (I forgot my third point). I just see myself at one point being either burned out from working here, or mad at myself for not doing something else I had interest in.
3. I wasted alot of time this past year. It’s not that I didn’t accomplish anything I wanted to do. It’s that I never thought about what I wanted to do.
4. I bought a bunch of furniture and stuff. I own a kitchen table, couches, living room furniture, and a red leather chair that sits in my room. I also have art on my wall and people compliment me on it.
I recently had an issue where my hours got cut. I got screwed over by the large corperation. I saw it coming. I’m not really bitter. After a year of working 40hrs a week, they cut me down alot. But the shake up was good for me as I needed to be reminded that there can be more than what I’m doing. So what did I do? I got a different job working for the same company. Less labor intense but still the same thing. My new job is a promotion for less money. I have to take a test Monday for it. It’s 2 hours long. There’s math on it. I asked if I needed a calculator… she said no calculators allowed. Which means they want to know if I can add and subtract large numbers. And I was gonna ask if I should refresh my trig.

| What American accent do you have?
Your Result: The Northeast
Judging by how you talk you are probably from north Jersey, New York City, Connecticut or Rhode Island. Chances are, if you are from New York City (and not those other places) people would probably be able to tell if they actually heard you speak.
