The human condition is misery. Hope is a step up, but it is just that much farther you have to fall. You may realize that it hurts less to try, but to truly make it, you press on and laugh at how miserable you are. Helps put things in perspective.

I’ve spent the last week getting back in contact with a bunch of people I haven’t talked to in a while. Mostly through Myspace. As much as I hate using myspace, it does tend to be useful. Everyone wants to do something or have a party. I work Friday-Tuesday. When will I be able to attend your party? Not really ever.

My sister graduates today. 8 years ago that was me. So I did this weird sleep thing. I fell asleep early, somewhere around 11. Which is weird since thats when I’m normally going to work. I woke up four hours later and I put on In the Line of Fire and tried to go back to sleep. I was anticipating a call somewhere between 2am-4am so I think subconsciously I woke up to be able to answer it. The call came at 4am. I was awake.

I’m really in touch with my subconscious. That’s probably because I’ve been in a day dream since I was six.

I’ve been trying to take bike rides at 6am and 6pm. Which is hard. I’m either tired or just waking up. It’s almost 7am now. Maybe I’ll shoot for 7.

I’m feeling completely unhealthy lately, but I may be on the cusp of turning that around. I’m a bit of a hypochondriac. Thats because I never get sick. So when I do, I assume the worse.

One of my friends was talking about death. Talking about death doesn’t bother me. Talking about their death bothers me. Its because I’m selfish. There are about 20 people who aren’t allowed to die before me because I either don’t want to have to deal with their death, or I don’t want to miss spending time with them.

There is a JLT reunion coming up. I’d like to be there, I just don’t want to go there. Plus I’m going to have to take off work.
